(h) the company immediately notifies the Commission in writing of any of the following events:

(i) the insolvency of the company or the bankruptcy of any of its directors;

(iii) where a receiver, provisional liquidator, liquidator or a similar officer is appointed, or any resolution is passed or order made for the winding up or dissolution of the company;

(iv) any regulatory action taken against the company, or any of its directors or senior management whether in New Zealand or elsewhere; and

(v) if any director or member of the senior management leaves the company or if any new director or member of senior management is appointed to the company.

Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways**

Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and clause 2.6 of the Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003 (Rule 54001), Transit New Zealand hereby amends the following bylaw.

Amendments

1. These amendments shall come into force 28 days after publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. The Transit New Zealand (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Bylaw 2005/7* is hereby amended by:

(a) Inserting a new line 734 (a) in Schedule 3 to read:

"SH No.: 1
Locality: Invercargill
From (RP): 900/17.8 To (RP): 900/19.1
Distance from nearest Road/Feature:
Between 400m and 1620m west (towards Invercargill) of Mill Road South.
Speed Restriction (km/h): 80"

(b) Inserting a new line 741 (a) in Schedule 3 to read:

Locality: Centre Bush
From (RP): 1127/6.96 To (RP): 1127/8.1
Distance from nearest Road/Feature:
320m south of the Centre Bush – Shand Road and
300m south of Hundred Line Road.

Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways**

Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and clause 2.6 of the Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003 (Rule 54001), Transit New Zealand hereby amends the following bylaw.

Amendments

1. These amendments shall come into force 28 days after publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. The Transit New Zealand (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Bylaw 2005/7* is hereby amended by:

(a) Replacing line 614 in Schedule 3 to read:

(b) Inserting a new line 614 (a) in Schedule 3 to read:
