Companies From the Register

Notice is hereby given that I have applied to the Registrar
of Companies at Auckland, in pursuance of section
318 of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of the
above-named companies from the Register on the grounds
that the duties of the liquidator have been completed, in
particular:

(a) The final reports and statement of receipts and
payments have been filed;
(b) all known assets have been realised;
(c) all proceeds of realisation have been distributed; and
(d) the companies are ready to be removed from the
New Zealand Register.

Any person may object to the strike-offs if, in summary,
they believe the companies are still carrying on business,
are party to a legal action, that they are a creditor with an
undischarged claim or other equitable grounds as fully
detailed in section 321, and deliver such to the Registrar.

Any objection to the removals must be lodged with the
Registrar together with grounds no later than Friday,
the 5th day of May 2006 (being a date not less than
20 working days after this notice).
