Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Neil Raymond Donnell and Paul John McCormick, insolvency practitioners and chartered accountants of Grant Thornton Auckland Limited, were appointed liquidators of SBS Systems Limited.

The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of March 2006 at 11.45 a.m.

The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts.

A copy of that resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.
