Road Realignment—Waterloo Road, Southland District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland,
Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land
described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road
and vested in the Southland District Council on the date
of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares
the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and when stopped:

(i) the land firstly described be amalgamated with the

subject to existing encumbrances;

(ii) the land secondly described be amalgamated with the

Land Set Apart for a Public Utility (Sewage Treatment Site) With Appurtenant Easements—Tadmor Valley Road, Tapawera

Pursuant to section 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Paul Stephen Kelly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby
declares the land described in the First Schedule to this
notice to be set apart for a public utility (sewage treatment
site) together with appurtenant easements described in the
Second Schedule to this notice and shall become vested,
subject to sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act
1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, in the
Tasman District Council on the date of publication of this
notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
