Notice of Dissolution of the Board of Trustees of Sherwood School (2673) and Appointment of a Commissioner
Pursuant to section 78N (3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Sherwood School
and appoint
Carol Tipene
as commissioner to replace that board.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Sherwood
School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998
Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting
under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 4 July 2005, which was
granted under those Regulations to Leo Kenny in respect of
Nga Mokopuna o Meremere te Kohanga Reo (10132)
(03J052), situated at Meremere Lane, Meremere.
This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any
provisional licence issued to this service.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its
notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed
