Amendments to the New Zealand Rules of Racing

Pursuant to sections 29 to 32 of the Racing Act 2003, notice is given that the following New Zealand Rules of Racing
have been amended:

402 (4) (a) – (g)
849 (3) (c)

868 (1) – (4)
868 (4A)

These amendments will come into effect from 15 May 2006.
The New Zealand Rules of Racing can be viewed on the New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing Incorporated web site:
