Land Acquired for Road and Recreation Reserve—

Aldershot Street, Christchurch City

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and to the land fifthly and sixthly described subject to and together with the right of way, rights to drain water and to convey water, electric power and telephonic communications specified in easement certificate A339315.2, and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for recreation reserve purposes and shall vest in the Tauranga City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
