Notice is hereby given that Barclay Mowlem (New Zealand) Limited (“the company”), an overseas company having its place of business in Auckland, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that a notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, not earlier than three months after the date of this notice, of the company’s intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand on the grounds that, at the date of such request, the company will have ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.

Take notice that on the 21st day of December 2005, an application for putting Cenpac HVAC Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 13th day of April 2006 at 10.00 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is Technical and Legal Support Group, Auckland North Service Centre, Inland Revenue Department, 5-7 Byron Avenue, Takapuna, Auckland.
