Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993 I, Glen Allan Stapley, chartered accountant, hereby give notice that, for the purpose of winding up a non-trading company and pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed as liquidator of the above-named company on the 22nd day of March 2006, pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company’s minute book.
