Notice is given that on the 22nd day of March 2006 at 3.30 p.m., a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Karen Betty Mason and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer be appointed as liquidators.

A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
