Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that we, the undersigned liquidators of Pleasant Investments Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Sixth Floor, Ernst & Young House, 227 Cambridge Terrace, Christchurch, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed.

Unless written objection to such removal, under section 321 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch by the 19th day of April 2006 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.

Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register Trices Investments Limited (“the company”), which has its registered office at 360A Maunganui Road, Mt Maunganui, by request, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.

The company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Act, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
