resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act
1993, that Neptune Investments Limited be liquidated and
that Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant of
Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of May 2006 at
10.00 a.m.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to
