Kevin John Gilligan, of Auckland, was appointed as
liquidator of Richmastery (South Island) Limited
(in liquidation) by special resolution of its shareholders
under section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
("the Act").

The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of February
2006 at 3.00 p.m.

The directors have resolved that the company, being solvent,
will be able to pay its debts.

Notice of that resolution has been filed with the Registrar of
Companies in accordance with section 243 (8) of the Act.
