1. Appointment of Liquidator
   To consider whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the present liquidators who were appointed by the shareholders of the company and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution:

   “That no liquidator be appointed to replace the present liquidators.”

2. Conduct of the Liquidation
   To consider whether the liquidator should be asked to have regard to the views, if any, of creditors in conducting the liquidation and, if thought fit, to pass a resolution recording those views.

3. Liquidation Committee
   To consider whether a liquidation committee be appointed and, if so, to appoint the members of the committee.
