Orders for Confiscation of Motor Vehicles

Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 13 December 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:

1983 Toyota Starlet, Registration No. LD8397.
Against: Patrick Tomothy Enright.

1986 Ford Falcon, Registration No. BNY423.
Against: Courtney Jane English.

1995 Toyota Corolla, Registration No. BRP351.
Against: James Ralph Moir.

Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4289) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.

This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.

Māori Land Court Rules 1994

Māori Land Court/Māori Appellate Court Sittings 2007

Notice is hereby given that sittings of the Māori Land Court and Māori Appellate Court will be held during the year 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2007 at the places and commencing on the dates referred to in the Schedule hereto.

The hour of commencement of each sitting (and the date and place thereof in the case of the Māori Appellate Court) will be notified in the relevant pānui.

If any date referred to in the Schedule is varied, the varied date will be notified in the pānui.

Special fixtures may be arranged in accordance with the provisions of Rule 11 of the Māori Land Court Rules 1994.
