Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 7th day of December 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (1) of the Companies Act 1993, that Halco Limited be liquidated and that Jeffrey Nicholas Couch, chartered accountant of 418 Lake Road, Takapuna, Auckland, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of December 2006 at 11.30 a.m.
