Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003

Podiatrists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2006

Pursuant to Part 6, section 130 (1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.
This notice sets out the fees to be charged by the Podiatrists Board under the Act to be enforceable from 1 April 2007.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Podiatrists Annual Practising Certificate Fee Amendment Notice 2006.

(2) This notice, which replaces the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 September 2006, No. 105, page 3110, comes into force on 1 April 2007.

  1. Fees—The Podiatrists Board has set the following annual practising certificate fees, payable to the board, specified in the attached Schedules A (current) and B (gazetted for introduction on 1 April 2007).

  2. Tax—The fee is inclusive of goods and services tax.

A. PRACTISING CERTIFICATE FEE

Issue of an annual practising certificate (if paid on or before 31 March 2007) $550.00

Issue of an annual practising certificate (if paid after 31 March 2007 whilst holding a practising certificate for the previous year) $650.00

B. NEW PRACTISING CERTIFICATE FEE

Issue of an annual practising certificate for the period after 31 March 2007 (if paid on or before 31 March 2007) $650.00

Issue of an annual practising certificate for the period after 31 March 2007 (if paid after 31 March 2007 whilst holding a practising certificate for the previous year) $750.00

The deadline for these notices will be 12.00 midday on Monday, the 18th day of December 2006.

All other notices must be lodged at the New Zealand Gazette office by 12.00 midday on Tuesday, the 19th day of December 2006.

Note: It would be appreciated if material for this edition was delivered as early as possible.

New Year Deadlines

The first New Zealand Gazette edition for 2007 will be as follows:

Commercial Section Notices: (Companies, Partnership, Insolvency and Land Transfer Acts)

The deadline for these notices will be 12.00 midday on Monday, the 8th day of January 2007.

All other notices must be lodged at the New Zealand Gazette office by 12.00 midday on Tuesday, the 9th day of January 2007.

Note: It would be appreciated if material for this edition was delivered as early as possible.

Wellington Anniversary Day—22 January 2007

Commercial Section Notices: (Companies, Partnership, Insolvency and Land Transfer Acts)

The deadline for these notices will be 12.00 midday on Friday, the 19th day of January 2007, due to the observance of Wellington Anniversary Day on Monday, the 22nd day of January 2007.

All other notices must be lodged at the New Zealand Gazette office by 12.00 midday on Tuesday, the 23rd day of January 2007.
