Appointment of Queenstown as a Place in Which a District Court May be Held for the Exercise of Civil Jurisdiction

Pursuant to section 4 (1) of the District Courts Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand appoints Queenstown as a place in which a District Court may be held for the exercise of civil jurisdiction, with effect from 1 January 2007.
