The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of December 2006 at 3.00 p.m.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 15th day of January 2007, as the date on or before which creditors of the company are to make claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
