104 Glandovey Road, 81 Riccarton Road and 6 Nelson
Street, Christchurch, being Computer Freehold Registers
23B/975, 24A/601, 327/216, 6092, 6093, 375/54, 47D/284
and 47D/285 (all Canterbury Registry) (“the property”)
