Education

Education Act 1989

The Education (Licence Exempt Early Childhood Centres) Notice 2006

Pursuant to section 316 (1) (b) of the Education Act 1989, and acting under delegated authority, I give the following notice.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as the Education (Licence Exempt Early Childhood Centres) Notice 2006.

2. This notice will come into effect on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

3. The following early childhood centres are exempt from the requirements to be licensed:

   • Counties Manukau Mobile Kindergarten
   • Hauraki Mobile Kindergarten
   • Hunterville Mobile Kindergarten
   • Lakeland Mobile Kindergarten
   • Marlborough Mobile Kindergarten
   • Waimate Mobile Kindergarten

4. This notice revokes and replaces the Early Childhood Centre Exempt From Licensing Notice 1991, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 August 1991, No. 123, page 2662.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 29 June 2005, which was granted under those Regulations to Julie Bockman in respect of Waimana Playcentre (40029), situated at Main Road, Waimana.

This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any provisional licence issued to this service.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to Regulation 10 (9) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 February 2005, which was granted under those Regulations to Ankica Middeldorp, in respect of Titirangi Rudolf Steiner Kindergarten 2 (10365), situated at 5 Helios Place, Titirangi, Auckland.

This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any provisional licence issued to this service.

Pursuant to Regulation 27A (1) of the Fisheries (Amateur Fishing) Regulations 1986, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries gives the following notice.

1. Title—This notice is the Fisheries (Customary Fishing) Notice 2006.

2. Commencement—This notice comes into force on 1 March 2006.

3. Interpretation—In this notice:
   "authorisation" means an authorisation granted pursuant to Regulation 27A of the Fisheries (Amateur Fishing) Regulations 1986.
