The name "The Radio Network Northern Limited" is
changed to "The Radio Network Limited".

This notice takes effect the day after the date of its
publication.

The Resource Management (Revocation of Approval

of Telecom Mobile Communications Limited as
Requiring Authority) Notice (No. 2) 2006

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act
1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the
following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be
   cited as the Resource Management (Revocation of Approval
   of Telecom Mobile Communications Limited as Requiring
   Authority) Notice (No. 2) 2006.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after
the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Revocation of approval as requiring authority—The
   approval of Telecom Mobile Communications Limited as a
   requiring authority pursuant to The Resource Management
   (Approval of Telecom Mobile Communications Limited as
   Requiring Authority) Notice (No. 2) 1993 in respect of the
   particular network utility operation described as follows:

(a) Any line or lines within the meaning of section
2 (1A) of the Telecommunications Act 1987,
radio apparatus, and works of its network in
respect of any road and the operation, erection,
installation, maintenance, replacement, alteration,
and improvement of any such line or lines, radio
apparatus, or works;

(b) Any line or lines within the meaning of section
2 (1A) of the Telecommunications Act 1987,
radio apparatus, and works of its network in
respect of any land to which section 11 or section
12 of the Telecommunications Act 1987 applies and
the operation, erection, installation, maintenance,
replacement, alteration, and improvement of any
such line or lines, radio apparatus, or works; and

(c) Any line or lines, radio apparatus, and works
of its network in respect of any other site
in New Zealand of which Telecom Corporation of
New Zealand Limited (or any of its subsidiary
companies as defined by the Companies Act 1955)
or Telecom Mobile Communications Limited may,
at any time, become an owner or the holder of any
other estate or interest and the operation, erection,
installation, maintenance, replacement, alteration,
and improvement of any such line or lines, radio
apparatus, or works*

is hereby revoked on the basis that Telecom Mobile
Communications Limited is no longer a network utility
operator.

   cited as the Resource Management (Revocation of Approval
   of Telecom Mobile Communications Limited as Requiring
   Authority) Notice (No. 3) 2006.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after
the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Revocation of approval as requiring authority—The
   approval of Telecom Mobile Communications Limited as a
   requiring authority pursuant to The Resource Management
   (Approval of Telecom Mobile Communications Limited
   as Requiring Authority) Notice 1994 in respect its
   network utility operation comprising lines, radio apparatus,
   telecommunication links, telephone stations, and works
   to permit telecommunication and radiocommunication; and
   includes the network within the meaning of section 2 (1) of
   the Telecommunication Act 1987 of which Telecom Mobile
   Communications Limited is the network operator under that
   Act*, is hereby revoked on the basis that Telecom Mobile
   Communications Limited is no longer a network utility
   operator.

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act
1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the
following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be
   cited as the Resource Management (Revocation of Approval
   of The Radio Network Southern Limited as Requiring
   Authority) Notice 2006.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after
the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Revocation of approval as requiring authority—The
   approval of The Radio Network Southern Limited as a
   requiring authority pursuant to The Resource Management
   (Approval of The Radio Network Southern Limited as
   Requiring Authority) Notice (No. 1) 1996 for every project
   or work in respect of which:

(a) a designation is included or is deemed to be included
in a district plan, or is to be included in a district
plan by virtue of section 420 (2) (b) of the
Resource Management Act 1991, for which The
Radio Company Limited (including under its
previous name of Radio New Zealand Limited) or
its predecessor, the Broadcasting Corporation of
New Zealand, has been or is the requiring authority
or where The Radio Network Southern Limited
could be the requiring authority; or

(b) written notice could be, has been, or may be given
by The Radio Company Limited (including under its
previous name of Radio New Zealand Limited) or
its predecessor, the Broadcasting Corporation of
New Zealand, or The Radio Network Southern
Limited, being the requiring authority for a
