Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Reserve—Tui Park and Tawa Central Kindergartens

Pursuant to section 16 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Wellington City Council, by resolution dated 17 August 2005, classified the reserves, described in the Schedule, as recreation reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Change of Classification, Classification, Naming of Reserves and Union of Reserves

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification and name of the reserve, described in the First Schedule, from the Moirs Hill Government Purpose (Wildlife Management) Reserve to the Waihunga/Moirs Hill Scenic Reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Act and declares that the scenic reserve, described in the Second Schedule and known as the Onehunga Stream Scenic Reserve, is to be known as the Waihunga/Moirs Hill Scenic Reserve and classifies the reserve described in the Third Schedule as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Act, and declares that the reserve is to be known as the Waihunga/Moirs Hill Scenic Reserve and further declares that, on and after the date of publication of this notice, the reserves described in the Schedule to this notice shall be united to form one reserve to be known as the Waihunga/Moirs Hill Scenic Reserve.

Classification of Neighbourhood Reserve—Hamilton City

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hamilton City Council hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
