Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 25th day of January 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Dairy Meats NZ Limited be liquidated and that Matthew Taylor and Ross Smith, both chartered accountants of Dunedin, be appointed as liquidators for that purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of January 2006 at 2.48 p.m.
