amends the notice dated the 1st day of December 2005,
declaring land to be service lane and published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 15 December 2005, No. 207, page
5280, by deleting the Schedule and substituting the following:

Land Transferred for Wetland Management Reserve—Aroaro Bay, Waikato District

Pursuant to section 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares
the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be
transferred for wetland management reserve and vested in the Waikato
District Council on the date of publication of this notice in
the New Zealand Gazette.

In the event of this land becoming surplus to requirements
of the Waikato District Council, then Māori claim interests
will be considered as per Cabinet directives along with any
statutory obligation prior to offering the land on the open
market.
