In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the matter of section 325 of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of P & P Dillon Limited:

Take notice that I, John Henry Whitehead, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 325 of the Companies Act 1993, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, the reversionary interest of Her Majesty the Queen in the leasehold interest contained in C902661.2 and registered against Computer Freehold Register NA34B/221, North Auckland, with the registered lessee being P & P Dillon Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register in May 1995.

Designation and Classification of Airspace—Civil Aviation Rule Part 71

Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 71.9 (d), made by the Ministry of Transport pursuant to Part III of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the following amendments are designated with effect from 23 November 2006—

  • A new low flying zone (NZL 367, Oroua River) is established.
  • A new danger area (NZD 823, Arahura River) is established.

The following upper control areas (CTA) have boundary amendments (new code in brackets):

  • Auckland CTA/C NZA 140 (NZA 148), Auckland CTA/C NZA 157 (NZA147), Auckland CTA/D NZA 255 (NZA 245), Auckland CTA/D NZA 433 (merged into NZA 245), Ohakea CTA/C NZA 346 (NZA 348), Ohakea CTA/C NZA 347 (NZA 349).
  • The Hawke’s Bay military operations area (NZM 506) is disestablished and replaced by a new East Coast military operations area (NZM 507).

The following Christchurch, Wellington and Ohakea controlled airspace (CTA/C) is amended (new code in brackets):

  • Ohakea CTA/C NZA 340 (NZA 336), Christchurch CTA/C NZA 636 (NZA 632), Wellington CTA/C NZA 639 (NZA 649), Wellington CTA/C NZA 641 (NZA 635), Wellington CTA/C NZA 642 (NZA 637), Wellington CTA/C NZA 644 (NZA 638), Wellington CTA/C NZA 645 (NZA 640), Wellington CTA/C NZA 646 (NZA 648), Christchurch CTA/C NZA 855 (NZA 835).
  • The Wairarapa general aviation area (GAA, NZG 575) has minor boundary amendments and a code change to NZG 555.

Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 71.9 (d), the following amendments are designated with effect from 15 February 2007—

  • A new Te Puke general aviation area (GAA, NZG 258) is established.
  • A new Mangahao danger area (NZD 521) is established.
  • A new Titahi Bay danger area (NZD 625) is established.
  • New Hutt, Eastbourne and Pencarrow Sectors are established in the Wellington CTR/C. The Makara Sector has boundary amendments and the Petone Sector is disestablished. The Porirua VFR transit lane (NZT 658) has boundary changes and a code change (NZT 656).
  • The Farewell Spit restricted area (NZR 600) has a boundary amendment and a code change to NZR 601.
  • The Christchurch 9,500ft CTA/C has been amended within 3 NM radius of overhead Tapuae-o-Uenuku (9,465 ft) to 11,500ft AMSL.
  • The Punakaiki restricted area (NZR 702) active period is extended to between 15 February and 31 December each year.
  • The New Brighton GAA (NZG 872) has a new alphanumeric code (NZG 852) in accordance with New Zealand Air Navigation Register code allocation requirements.
  • The Wigram GAA (NZG 970) and Harbour GAA (NZG 977) are disestablished.
  • A new Western Hills GAA (active by day) is established.
  • New visual reporting points have been established (Fairfield, Mt Hyde, Northern Gap and Waihola).

Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 71.9 (d), the following amendments are designated with effect from 7 June 2007—

  • The Whangarei mandatory broadcast zone (NZB 174) is disestablished and replaced by a new mandatory broadcast zone NZB 171.
  • The Auckland CTR/C (NZA 158) has had a boundary amendment and a new code NZA 152.
  • The Auckland mandatory broadcast zone (NZB 169) boundary and upper limits have been amended and the new alphanumeric code is NZB 175.
  • The Great Barrier MBZ (NZB 179) boundary and upper limits have been amended and the new alphanumeric code is NZB 174.
  • The Parakai general aviation area (GAA, NZG 175) has a new alphanumeric code (NZG 150).
  • The North Shore GAA (NZG 176) has a new alphanumeric code (NZG 151).
  • The Whenuapai GAA (NZG 179) has a new alphanumeric code (NZG 159).
  • The Paeroa Range GAA (NZG 477) has a new alphanumeric code (NZG 457).
