Sargison and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants
of Auckland, were appointed by Contributory Mortgage
Nominees Limited as receivers and managers of the personal
and other property of Stephen Robert Kelly, under the
powers contained in a general security agreement dated
the 24th day of December 2004 secured over all of his
present and future property.
