I intend to remove those redundant easements at the expiry of one calendar month from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette and provided that there is no objection lodged by any interested party before that date:

Circumstances: The subdivisions carried out under DP 347387 and DP 353982 resulted in some servient land being separated from the dominant land.
