Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993
Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of an urupā for the common use and benefit of the Wickliffe whānau descendants.
Revocation of a Declaration That Land Shall be Protected Private Land
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 July 1984, No. 128, page 2865, declaring that the private land described in the Schedule hereto shall be protected private land for scientific purposes.
