Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101 (1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

(a) Hugh Graham, farmer, of Dunedin, presumed dead, and John Graham, farmer, of Dunedin, who died on the 7th day of June 1898, are the owners of the property described in the Schedule hereto, having on the 12th day of July 1871, become registered proprietors of it.

(b) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101 (1) of the above Act.

Schedule

A landlocked former road at Island Stream Road, Maheno, being an estate in fee simple containing 918 square metres, part Section 282R, Block VI, Otepopo Survey District (part Computer Freehold Register OT21/35) (Otago Registry).
