Road Realignment—Loburn Whiterock Road, Loburn, Rangiora

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which shall vest in the Waimakariri District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares, pursuant to section 120 (3), that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 30553, subject to mortgages A312332.6 and A312332.7 and forestry right A408218.1.

Road Realignment—State Highway No. 79, Issitts Culvert, Fairlie, Mackenzie District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 79 and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land in the Second Schedule to this notice to be severance and shall vest in the Crown;

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB21A/392, subject to easement 86835 and mortgage 6763283.3

on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
