Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, John M. Scutter, chartered
accountant of Active Chartered Accountants, was appointed
liquidator of JTC 5 Limited on the 31st day of October 2006
at 4.30 p.m., being the date and time that the liquidation
commenced.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
24th day of November 2006, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to
establish any priority their claims may have, under section
312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the
