Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Robert John Knox, chartered accountant, and Shaun Neil Adams, insolvency practitioner of BDO Spicers, Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers of Auckland, were appointed receivers of Scoopy’s Holdings Limited on the 1st day of November 2006, by the trustees of the Tom Bleier Family Trust under the terms of a general security agreement giving the holder a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
