1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land

New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that
effect having been entered into, the easement described in
the First Schedule to this notice is surrendered, and the
easement referred to in the Second Schedule to this notice is
acquired upon the terms and conditions described in the
Third Schedule, and shall vest in the Crown for the purposes
of the Reserves Act 1977 (called "the grantee") on the
date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Terms and Conditions

The rights and powers of the right of way are those
prescribed by the Land Transfer Regulations 2002 and/or
the Ninth Schedule of the Property Law Act 1952.

Road Realignment—State Highway No. 6,

Owen River Bridge, Owen River

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert
Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which,
pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act
1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6 and shall vest
in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road which shall
vest in the Tasman District Council on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares
the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to
be stopped and further declares the stopped road to be
amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register
NL7A/1271, subject to mortgage 5425999.2.

(d) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described
in the Fourth Schedule to this notice be taken for severance
and further declares, pursuant to section 120 (3), that the
land be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold
Register NL7A/1271, subject to mortgage 5425999.2.
