Road Realignment—Parapara Road, Tirau, South Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and to vest in the South Waikato District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA946/300.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA991/1, subject to mortgage 5255675.3.

Road Realignment—Rangiahua Road, Okaihau

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Far North District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):

(i) the area described in the Second Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA46C/228, subject to mortgage C267263.6.

(ii) the area described in the Third Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA397/196, subject to mortgage C267263.6.

(iii) the area described in the Fourth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA224/43, subject to mortgage C267263.6.

(iv) the area described in the Fifth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA99C/474, subject to mortgage B870392.3.

(c) Declares the land described in the Sixth and Seventh Schedules to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and:

(i) the areas described in the Sixth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA359/186, subject to mortgage C267263.6.

(ii) the area described in the Seventh Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA99C/474, subject to mortgage B870392.3.
