Notice is hereby given that by a duly called special meeting of the shareholders of the above-named company on the 26th day of October 2006 at 10.00 a.m., special resolutions were passed by the company stating that the company be wound up and Peter John Ansley be appointed as liquidator.

A solvency certificate for the company has been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
