Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Reserves

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as local purpose reserves for the purposes described for each reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
