Reappointment/appointment to the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority

Pursuant to section 28 (1) (a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I reappoint

Mark Ford

as chair and member of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority for a term commencing 5 October 2006 and expiring 30 September 2007; and appoint

Roger Sutton

as deputy chair of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority for a term commencing 2 October 2006 and expiring 30 September 2007.

Fisheries (Remaining Cost Recovery Settlement Balance) Notice 2006 (No. F386)

Pursuant to section 265A (5) of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries gives the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title—This notice is the Fisheries (Remaining Cost Recovery Settlement Balance) Notice 2006.

  2. Commencement—This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

  3. Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires, remaining balance, in relation to a stock or grouping and the cost recovery settlement sum allocated to the stock or grouping under Schedule 9A of the Fisheries Act 1996, has the meaning given it by section 265A (6) of that Act.

  4. Remaining balance—The remaining balance for each affected stock or grouping as at the date of commencement of this notice is the amount stated in the final column of the schedule to this notice.
