Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Reserves

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as reserves for the purposes specified at the ends of the respective descriptions of the reserves.

Revocation of the Reservation

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over the land reserved as a site for a Plunket clinic described in the Schedule.
