(b) Pursuant to section 120 (3), declares:

(i) the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth
described areas of stopped road in the First Schedule
shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer

(ii) the seventh described area of stopped road in the
First Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in
Computer Freehold Register NL9B/492;

(iii) the eleventh and sixteenth described areas of stopped
road in the First Schedule shall be amalgamated with
the land in Computer Freehold Register NL10C/206,
subject to mortgages 392473.3 and 5883027.1;

(iv) the twelfth, fifteenth and seventeenth described
areas of stopped road in the First Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold
Register NL10C/204;

(v) the thirteenth described area of stopped road in the
First Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land
in Computer Freehold Register 16839, subject to
mortgage 5954649.4;

(vi) the fourteenth described area of stopped road in the
First Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in
Computer Freehold Register NL13C/851, subject to
building line restriction in Order in Council 512 and
covenant 5078198.5; and

(c) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the lands described in
the Second Schedule are acquired for river control purposes
and shall vest in the Tasman District Council on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
