Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to the Court order dated the 14th day of September
2005, John William Boswell Burns, chartered accountant
of Auckland, was appointer receiver and manager of Nikau
Distributors Limited (in receivership).

In accordance with the High Court of New Zealand minute
dated the 2nd day of February 2006, all potential creditors
of the company have 14 days from the date of this
advertisement to lodge their claim against the company.

Once the 14 day period has expired, the assets of the
company will be distributed in accordance to the creditors’
ranking and, if required, on a pro rata basis.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s
undertaking, property and assets.
