notice is hereby acquired for the purposes of a sewage
pumping station and vested in the Porirua City Council on

Declaration That Te Kohaka o Tuhaitara Trust

is a Local Authority for the Purposes of the
Reserves Act 1977

Under section 2 of the Reserves Act 1977, I declare that
Te Kohaka o Tuhaitara Trust, established pursuant to
the Ngai Tahu (Tutaepatu Lagoon Vesting) Act 1998, shall
be a local authority for the purposes of the Reserves Act
1977, to enable the trust to exercise the powers and
functions of a local authority under that Act, for the reserves
vested in it.

passed the following resolution:

“That pursuant to Section 111 of the Reserves Act 1977
the Kapiti Coast District Council dedicates as road the
local purpose reserves (road) described in the Schedule.”
