Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that Henry David Levin, insolvency specialist of Auckland, and Barry Phillip Jordan, chartered accountant of Wellington, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Seaside Dental Laboratory Limited on the 5th day of October 2006, under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 28th day of February 2005.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
