AUSTRALIA–NEW ZEALAND CLOSER ECONOMIC RELATIONS TRADE AGREEMENT
Notification re the Determination of Goods to be a Manufactured Raw Material : Notice 2006/01
Notice was given in the New Zealand Gazette dated 29 August 2006, page 3000, that application had been made for the goods described below to be determined to be manufactured raw material for the purposes of paragraph 1 (b) (iii) of Article 3 of the Australia – New Zealand Closer Economic Relations Trade Agreement, 1983.

For the information of interested parties, no objections were received in either Australia or New Zealand and both materials have now been determined by the Australian Customs Service to be manufactured raw materials of New Zealand pursuant to paragraph 153J(1)(c) of the Australian Customs Act 1901, effective date 20 September 2006.
