Notice is hereby given that Public Trust on the 24th day of July 2006, filed a certificate in the High Court at Auckland electing to administer the above-mentioned estate under Part 17 of the Insolvency Act 1967, and that the said estate will, as from that date, be administered, realised and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
