Volume Vehicle Code, is revoked:

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation
Purposes and Authorisation of Exchange of
Conservation Area for Other Land
Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator for the
Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation
declares that the land described in the First Schedule is
held for conservation purposes and authorises the exchange
of the land described in the First Schedule, which will be
subject to the provisions of Part IVA of the Act, for the
land described in the Second Schedule and further specifies
that the land in the later Schedule be held for conservation
purposes.

Ngaa Rauru Kiitahi Claims Settlement Act 2005
Vesting of Rehu Village Site in Te Rehu Joint
Venture Limited
Pursuant to section 33 (3) of the Ngaa Rauru Kiitahi
Claims Settlement Act 2005, the Minister in Charge of
Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations hereby gives notice that
section 33 of the Ngaa Rauru Kiitahi Claims Settlement Act
2005 applies and the property described in the Schedule
to this notice ceases to be a conservation area under the
Conservation Act 1987 and vests in Te Rehu Joint Venture
Limited from the date of publication of this notice.

Public Works Act 1981
Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road—
State Highway No. 45, Puniho Road Intersection,
Taranaki Land District
Notice is hereby given that the Crown, under the provisions
of section 23 of the Public Works Act 1981, proposes to
take the land described in the Schedule hereto (“the land”).
The land is required for road.
It is intended to use the land to form part of State Highway
No. 45 at the intersection with Puniho Road, Puniho, near
Okato.
It is considered reasonably necessary for the safe and
convenient use of the road.
The owners of the land and those persons with a registered
interest in it have been served with notice of the Crown’s
intention to take the land and their right to object.
Any person having the right to object may send a written
objection to the Registrar, Environment Court, Tribunals
Division, Department for Courts, P.O. Box 5027, Wellington,
within 20 working days after the date of publication of this
notice.
If any objection is made in accordance with this notice a
public hearing will be heard with the right of the objector to
appear and be heard personally unless the objector otherwise
requires. Each objector will be informed of the time and
place of the hearing.
