S. Collier, B. M. Collier and G. Watson, made under section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, for title to Part Rural Section 9, Township of Sandon, of 1.012 square metres, being part of the land held in Computer Freehold Register WN79/117 (Wellington Land Registration District), registered in the name of New Zealand Farmers Dairy Union Limited (which changed its name to New Zealand Farmers Co-Operative Dairy Union Limited), a company dissolved and no longer in existence.
