On the 29th day of September 2006, it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Okermoor Farm Limited be liquidated and that Geoffrey Anthony Bolderston and Robert Wilson Purchas, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Dunedin respectively, be appointed joint liquidators for that purpose.
