Classification of Reserve and Appointment of the
Auckland City Council to Control and Manage
a Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the
Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation
classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic
reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the
Act, and also appoints the Auckland City Council to control
and manage the reserve held for scenic purposes described
