It is proposed that GE Capital Fleet Services New Zealand Limited amalgamate with GE Fleet New Zealand in accordance with Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993 (β€œthe amalgamation proposal”).

Upon amalgamation, GE Fleet New Zealand will continue as the amalgamated company.
